This role leads a growing sales team (currently 7), drives revenue, and ensures exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach sales and field teams to exceed revenue goals Implement sales strategies and track performance metrics Collaborate with leadership, dispatch, service, and customer service teams Oversee bids, contracts, estimates, and project execution Build and maintain client relationships, especially with MHPs and property managers Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions Support marketing efforts with client feedback and tailored materials Coordinate emergency responses and cross-departmental projects Requirements 1.5+ years B2B sales in home/commercial services or industrial sectors Proven leadership and team management experience Working knowledge of septic systems and related services Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Data-driven mindset with a competitive edge Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, Google Sheets; ServiceTitan a plus Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, ability to pass background/drug screening Able to lift 75 lbs.; strong mechanical aptitude Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Industries Construction, Design Services, and Specialty Trade Contractors Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pikemann by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Pikemann
