Sales ManagerHiFyve is hiring a Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry in Kent, WA!Salary: $150,000 - $175,000/yearShift: DaysLocation: Hybrid (within commuting distance of Kent, WA or Mount Vernon, WA)Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of outside Sales Representatives across multiple territoriesEstablish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth goalsSet sales targets and monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM dataConduct field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations to drive accountabilityForecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and pipeline activityBuild and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customersSupport negotiations on large equipment deals and complex transactionsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunitiesDrive growth across new, used, and rental equipment salesEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:5–7+ years of outside sales experience in heavy equipment or related industry2+ years of sales leadership or management experienceStrong knowledge of heavy equipment markets and customer segmentsProven leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsFinancial acumen including forecasting, pricing, and margin managementStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to travel regularly, including field work and overnight travel as neededValid driver's license with clean driving recordIf you are interested, please apply
