Your responsibilities will include managing the complete cycle of placements and cultivating meaningful and productive client relationships. - Manage Complete Searches from initial discussions to finalizing placements.
- Act as a Partner to Clients, thoroughly grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Proactively Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, along with your own network and tools like our bespoke communications platform.
- Maximize Our Platform for candidate management, tracking engagement, automating follow-ups, and optimization.
- Prioritize Long-term Permanent Placements that offer substantial value for our clients while rewarding you significantly.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand - and yours.
