Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting, guiding the process from intake to successful placements.
- Be a Trusted Partner to clients, digging deep into their hiring aspirations and cultural expectations.
- Utilize Our Unique Tools including our dedicated CRM and ATS, while also leveraging your personal network to strategically source candidates.
- Maximize Our All-in-One Platform for efficient candidate management, outreach tracking, and organization.
- Focus on Meaningful Permanent Placements that deliver enduring value for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
- Convene as a Thought Leader to collaboratively elevate our combined brand presence.

Your Ideal Profile
- A minimum of 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or consultative sales.

- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (full training provided).
