What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting activities including resume review, candidate tracking, and follow-up
• Assist with references, interview logistics, and recruiting administration
• Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting records
• Support campus recruiting, intern hiring, and other talent initiatives
• Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or talent acquisition
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
• Ability to work effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels

What Stands Out

• Prior recruiting coordinator or HR coordinator experience
• ATS experience
• Campus recruiting support experience
• Experience managing complex scheduling and high-volume activity
