Talent Acquisition Specialist

Contract with potential for Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid Schedule

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find great talent and keep hiring moving forward.

If you're energized by sourcing candidates, conducting meaningful interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to solve talent challenges, we'd love to talk with you.

In this role, you'll support hiring efforts across multiple business functions, managing a variety of professional-level openings while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple open requisitions through the full recruiting lifecycle
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess skills, experience, and career goals
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity within the ATS and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working with recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems
