Position Profile Weaver seeks a Senior Manager level Tax Leader to provide tax planning and compliance services for a broad client base, including private‑equity‑backed companies, large businesses, and high‑net‑worth individuals. The role requires close collaboration with firm leadership, business development, and team development. Responsibilities lead federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for a diverse set of clients sell and execute engagements in multiple industries, applying technical knowledge manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals build and maintain client relationships and expand services to existing clients drive business development and support firm leadership in strategic initiatives Education and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 7+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination Strong technical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industries Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team Excellent relationship‑management and practice‑development skills Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients Compensation and Benefits Compensation range is approximately $141,000 to $290,000 (California, Maryland, New Jersey, New York Metropolitan areas) with adjustments based on experience, skills, certifications, and geography.
