Established Public Accounting firm seeking Tax Manager , Tax Senior , and Tax Associates .
Ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization for clients across several different industries.
Responsibilities
- Perform tax research
- Prepare and review tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120s)
- Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
- Oversee non-income tax compliance
- Prepare for and lead tax audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
- EA, and/or CPA or CPA eligible a plus.
- 2+ years' of experience of professional tax experience (minimum 1 busy season)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary commensurate with experience.
