ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a highly regarded charter school in Chicago, Illinois, to hire a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. Position Summary

The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services that support students' academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational evaluations, participating in special education eligibility meetings, developing recommendations, consulting with school staff, and collaborating with families to ensure students receive appropriate supports and services.

Responsibilities
•Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services.
•Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, legally compliant evaluation reports.
•Participate as an active member of IEP and multidisciplinary teams.
•Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning, behavior, and intervention strategies.
•Support the implementation of MTSS/RTI and other evidence-based intervention models.
•Provide behavioral and social-emotional recommendations to improve student outcomes.
•Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning as needed.
•Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Illinois State Board of Education requirements.
•Collaborate with related service providers and school leadership to promote positive educational outcomes.

Qualifications
•Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
•Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
•Experience in a K-12 school setting preferred.
•Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education procedures, and Illinois regulations.
•Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
