Receptionist (Part Time)

Peabody Retirement Community

Peabody Retirement Community is seeking a Receptionist to work every other weekend and 3 afternoons a week!

The Receptionist is responsible for representing the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones, and directing calls. Other duties include but are not limited to:

Providing clerical support to staff as needed
Managing resident fund account

Hours:

Every other weekend, 8am-5pm
3 evening shifts a week, 6pm-8pm

Requirements:

Prior experience using Point Click Care preferred
Basic typing skills and computer knowledge: familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and creative software
Prior Business Office Assistant experience preferred
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
