This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical part in ensuring excellence in food preparation, food safety, customer service, and overall restaurant operations. As a Training Assistant, you will work closely with the Training Manager to train, coach, and mentor both new and existing crew members, helping them excel in their roles.
