We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Associate who is passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness. This is more than a retail sales role. You'll educate prospective members, build genuine relationships, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and help people discover the therapies that best support their goals. If you're outgoing, coachable, driven by results, and enjoy making a positive impact on people's lives, we'd love to meet you.This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week) requiring weekend and Friday availability.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and serve as the face of the studio
• Educate clients about services, memberships, and pricing
• Sell memberships, packages, and services
• Escort clients, answer phones, process payments (POS), and schedule appointments via booking software
• Maintain studio cleanliness, including laundry duties
• Assist with events and community outreach; execute opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a passion for health/wellness
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings (studio hours 9am–7pm Mon–Thu, Fri 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 3pm, and Sun 11am to 3pm)
• Preferred: one year of customer service experience (retail or service); prior gym, health club, or spa experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $12.00/hr base + $5/hr target commission-based bonuses (~$17/hr target pay)
