DiMaggio's Italian Restaurant is Scottsdale's hottest and highest-rated Italian dining destination — known for authentic Italian cuisine, impeccable service, and a lively, high-end atmosphere. We're passionate about quality, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. We're now hiring experienced line cooks and prep cooks to join our talented kitchen team.
Position Summary:
We're looking for career-minded cooks with a passion for authentic Italian food, attention to detail, and pride in their craft. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: 5 days per week
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to DiMaggio's standards of excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Work with consistency, speed, and precision under pressure
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of line or prep cook experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine preferred xhmxlyz
- Excellent knife skills and cooking technique
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
