Licensed Clinical Services Director

Providing leadership and vision for clinical services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Services Director will oversee mental health service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure inclusive practices while working onsite or in a hybrid capacity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement clinical service goals and policies in collaboration with the CAPS Leadership Team Provide direct counseling services and supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and effective service delivery Coordinate outreach and educational initiatives related to mental health and psychological wellness on campus Required Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) Current independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) and eligibility for Oregon licensure within three months of hire Seven years of experience in clinical mental health services, including five years of supervisory experience Demonstrated commitment to supporting the mental health needs of historically marginalized students Experience managing crisis situations and leading diverse mental health teams
