What Youll Achieve as Our On boarding Specialist In this role, youll be instrumental in providing a seamless and enjoyable on boarding experience. Heres how youll make an impact: - Develop and Oversee On boarding Programs: Design and implement structured on boarding plans that embody Orionyxs values and ensure every new hire is prepared and excited to contribute. - Create Tailored New Hire Experiences: Personalize on boarding for each new employee to make them feel valued from the start. - Coordinate with Key Departments: Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and departmental teams to ensure on boarding runs smoothly, from equipment setup to training schedules. - Lead Orientation Sessions: Host engaging, informative orientation sessions that introduce new hires to Orionyxs culture, mission, and vision. - Promote Connection & Engagement: Serve as the go-to person for new hires, providing answers, resources, and a friendly face to ease their transition. - Track Progress & Collect Feedback: Regularly check in with new hires, gather feedback to continually refine the on boarding experience, and promptly address any concerns. - Document & Enhance On boarding Processes: Maintain updated on boarding documentation, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute ideas to improve overall efficiency. Who You Are Were seeking someone whos warm, organized, and genuinely interested in creating a positive experience for others. Heres what makes a great fit: - Experience: 2-4 years in on-boarding, HR, or employee engagement, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting. - Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable, with an ability to make people feel comfortable and welcomed. - Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a meticulous approach to scheduling and setup. - Proactive and Solution-Focused: Able to anticipate and address the needs of new hires, offering quick resolutions to any issues. - Organizational Skills: Able to handle multiple priorities and keep track of various details. - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred. - Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR software, on boarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
