Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 10-hour shifts required + approximately 90% of Saturdays (mandatory)
Industry: Metal Manufacturing


Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role requires individuals who are comfortable with physical, hands-on work and can maintain attention to detail while working with large materials and machinery.


Key Responsibilities
Handle and move large metal panels
Perform consistent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment
Complete a tape measure assessment as part of the hiring process
Interview with direct supervisor prior to placement
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable working long shifts and frequent Saturdays
Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment (heat, dust, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and work ethic


Preferred Qualifications:
Background in construction or similar hands-on industries
Mechanical aptitude or experience operating machinery
Experience with metals work or other skilled trades is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
