Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 10-hour shifts required + approximately 90% of Saturdays (mandatory) Industry: Metal Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role requires individuals who are comfortable with physical, hands-on work and can maintain attention to detail while working with large materials and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and move large metal panels
• Perform consistent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment
• Complete a tape measure assessment as part of the hiring process
• Interview with direct supervisor prior to placement

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working long shifts and frequent Saturdays
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment (heat, dust, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in construction or similar hands-on industries
• Mechanical aptitude or experience operating machinery
• Experience with metals work or other skilled trades is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
