Senior Product Manager – Seller Growth and Monetisation We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the seller growth and monetisation for consumer sellers in one of Europe’s most visited motor marketplaces. This is a rare chance to own both the experience and the economics of a core marketplace journey – driving supply growth, conversion, revenue, and user satisfaction – with real ownership and influence to shape strategy across product, pricing and commercial teams. What You’ll Be Doing Define and drive strategy for seller growth and monetisation by building a deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews. Leverage data to validate hypotheses and make informed product decisions through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer interviews and rapid iterations. Drive and contribute to key metrics such as supply top funnel growth, posting conversion, renewals rate, seller satisfaction, and average revenue per user. Build strong discovery and delivery loops by collaborating closely with engineering, design, pricing and analytics to ship high quality products at speed. Work closely in a true multifunctional setup by partnering with commercial teams, central pricing team, professional monetisation teams, and marketing to deliver high impact features. Use AI prototyping tools to test early ideas, optimise flows, and accelerate learning. Balance short‑term wins and long‑term strategy, continuously improving both the consumer selling experience and monetisation opportunities. Who We’re Looking For You have 7+ years experience in product management, thrived and built great consumer product experiences as a senior/lead product manager at a high‑traffic Internet or e‑commerce company. You bring strong product judgement/taste and strategic thinking, identifying opportunities, shaping roadmaps, and balancing short‑term impact with long‑term vision. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting direction for your product area while partnering closely with the Head of Product / Segment lead on overall strategy. You strive to understand and delight your users, and are experienced in data‑driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimisation, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making. You value collaboration, diverse and inclusive teams, and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are required to be proficient in English.
