RN In Endoscopy/Gastroenterology

Join our team as an RN in Endoscopy/Gastroenterology, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care during procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer patient questions and address concerns
Observe patient vital signs
Sedate patients before procedures
Recover patients after procedures
Administer necessary medications
Complete documentation including patient notes and discharge documents
Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
Assist doctors throughout procedures

What We Need To See

Active NY Registered Nurse license
Current BLS certification from AHA
Current ACLS certification from AHA
At least 2 years of endoscopy procedure experience
Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification skills
Experience recovering patients from general anesthesia
Expertise in IV insertion

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Experience performing intake for GI procedures
Knowledge of conscious sedation techniques
