We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Builder Support team! In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for builders and customers, providing exceptional assistance and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role requires a highly multitasking individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. 

This role involves daily engagement with builders and the builder support team. 

Snapshot of Duties...

·      Taking orders for appliances

·       Checking inventory in the system and the warehouse (not a sedentary role)

·       Preparing builder packets 

·       Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy

·       Scheduling deliveries/installations

·       Following up with builder contact(s) to maintain satisfaction

·       Working with the timelines set and meeting the product order expectations

·       Troubleshooting, resolving product issues

·       Take service calls and meticulously document all interactions and next steps. 

·       Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on our products and services

To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks. 

·      Have current or prior experience in the homebuilding or construction industry 

·      Be action-oriented, reliable, and accountable, with a strong professional acumen

·      Have the ability to handle complex situations with composure

·     Possess excellent interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

·     Be highly computer literate - familiarity with working with ERP systems is a plus

·     Be self-driven and committed to professional development and excellence
