Join us in Glen Carbon, IL 62034 to help create and maintain spaces where people live, work, and gather. As a Building & Remodeling Crew Member, you’ll be part of a hands-on team that turns plans into structures—safely, skillfully, and with pride.
What You’ll Tackle- Assist with construction and renovation across residential and commercial projects.
- Operate hand and power tools with care, precision, and safety top of mind.
- Translate blueprints and building plans into on-site results.
- Execute demolition tasks when needed while following strict safety procedures.
- Load/unload deliveries and position materials and equipment for efficient workflow.
- Keep the jobsite orderly and free from hazards.
- Coordinate closely with teammates and communicate updates throughout the day.
- Adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience or related trade exposure is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Endurance and strength to lift and move heavy materials.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures.
- Strong team mindset and clear communication.
- Readiness to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
