Location: Pico Rivera

Pay rate: $22.50

2nd shift: from 2:55pm-11:25pm

Must be available for OT depending on business needs. (2:55pm-2:55am)

Temp to Hire position

Job description:

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stack materials, products, and equipment.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Properly store and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Verify quantities, labels, and product information when moving materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks while following proper safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records as required.
• Follow warehouse procedures, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving personnel.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report damage or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Adheres to daily production schedule.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

- High School Diploma/GED required

- Use of computer skills

- Must have ability to see and differential color

- Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking, Reading

- Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple duties in a rapidly changing environment.

- Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast pace work environment.

- Valid Driver's License with evidence of good driving record.

Language Skills:

- Able to read and follow directions on factory masters.

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
