PARKVIEW ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by ***%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate)
- Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment
- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation

Facility will accept local travelers with a 12% reduction in rate

Call required, both during the week and on the weekends.

Position requires 2 years of previous experience at a similar size hospital.

Position Description: It is for vascular and endovascular surgery. Open repairs and percutaneous approaches. Involves knowledge of wires, sheaths, etc. EVAR, TCAR, iliac stents, carotids, open peripheral bypasses, open .


Equipment utilized in the unit/department: Davincii robot, hybrid room equipment (injector, IVUS, etc).


Required skills and minimum years of experience: knowledge of wires, sheaths, hybrid room procedures, able to scrub open vascular and thoracic surgery. 2 years minimum experience would be best.


Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: just CST


Floating to other units/departments: rarely, would most likely be general surgery if so.


Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/department: 4 CVOR rooms and 1 hybrid room


Dress Code: hospital provided scrubs


Orientation: 1-2 weeks depending on comfortability
