Server Assistant

We are looking for a Server Assistant! You will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order handling, and professional food and beverage service. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities include reporting to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools; checking assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness; attending menu classes or taste panels; maintaining knowledge of daily specials and all menu items; taking guest orders accurately; serving food and beverages according to established standards; maintaining cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals; and working collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.

Qualifications include prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
