Faculty Clinician Educator, UConn Health/Waterbury Hospital Join the UConn Waterbury Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program as a full-time Hybrid Faculty member and become part of our dynamic and innovative team. This role offers a combination of inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities, along with the opportunity to educate and mentor Internal Medicine residents in a collaborative academic environment. We are seeking an experienced physician who is passionate about resident education. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of internal medicine physicians while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Additionally, there are opportunities for rotation as an inpatient attending for those who are interested. Supervise and educate internal medicine residents. Provide comprehensive patient care in the inpatient & outpatient setting. Develop and implement curriculum for the ambulatory care component of the residency program. Actively participate in case-based discussions, grand rounds, and other educational activities. Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging resident engagement and professional growth. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall residency program.
