Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

We are looking for a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Henderson, CO. Job Summary: Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teams. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Driving safe, reliable processes — You lead end‑to‑end project work to design and implement manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, and production goals. * Improving equipment performance — You apply advanced manufacturing principles to enhance equipment capability, stability, and efficiency. * Advancing continuous improvement — You elevate operational performance by using CI tools and rigorously applying Cummins standards. * Standardizing best practices — You lead the creation and refinement of manufacturing standards, working methods, and process documentation. * Influencing key stakeholders — You communicate with and influence external partners, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to align decisions and outcomes. * Leveraging cross‑functional resources — You collaborate with internal and external experts to execute complex project assignments and deliver strong results. * Applying advanced manufacturing expertise — You bring deep knowledge of manufacturing principles to guide decisions, solve problems, and strengthen Cummins’ operational capability. * Coaching and relationship building — You maintain strong relationships and coach key stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained process excellence.
