Strategic Program Manager, Offers CoE

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Strategic Program Manager, Offers CoE for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. We're passionate about empowering people to create, communicate, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. The Offers Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a key role in enabling that mission by bringing consistency, governance, and operational excellence to how we design and deliver promotional and pricing offers globally. In this role, you'll partner across GTM, Finance, Analytics, Pricing Ops, Buying Programs, Legal, Product Marketing, and Promo Delivery to turn ideas into scalable, executable offers. You'll help bring clarity to complex initiatives, connect teams, and ensure offers are not only aligned to business goals, but also operationally sound and ready to deliver impact at scale. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of offer initiatives, from intake through PAR approval to launch Partner across teams to shape business cases, align stakeholders, and bring offers to life Drive SKU enablement, DMPS ticketing, and execution readiness across systems Maintain inventory and visibility into active and planned offers, ensuring accuracy and transparency Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives for Biz Pro and Cpro Develop and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, while maintaining clear documentation and sharing updates and learnings Identify opportunities to simplify, scale, and improve processes using automation and AI Required Skills 5+ years of program or project management experience (pricing, offers, GTM, or revenue operations preferred) Strong ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams Experience working with approval workflows, Jira/Confluence, or similar tools Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity Detail-focused, with a strong sense of ownership Energized by working across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
