Employment Type Full-time Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Oregon (required) Minimum 1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply) Proficiency in dental scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride/sealant application Experience with periodontal assessment and maintenance Skilled in taking dental x-rays, including bitewing and bisecting angle techniques Excellent communication and patient education skills Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow are welcome Job Description Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing Perform periodontal assessments and maintenance Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Take bitewing x-rays using the bisecting angle radiography technique Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided Support a positive, team-oriented environment and contribute to excellent patient experiences Follow all safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to deliver high-quality care Benefits Health insurance Dental care Paid time off Retirement plan with match Free staff parking Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Days and Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday About the Practice Name: Bravo Smile | Macadam Ave Location: 5100 S Macadam Ave Ste #160, Portland, OR 97239 Bravo Smile | Macadam Ave
