This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting. Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency.Are You a Match?Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong prioritization and organizational skills.Customer-facing or retail experience.Experience guiding, supporting, or leading teams.Reliability and strong personal organization.Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment, coupled with demonstrated expertise in Profit and Loss (P&L) management and the strategic use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.Background in supporting and leading teams within a retail or industrial distribution environment.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.Proficient computer skills and an interest in learning new digital tools.
