Escrow Officer
Looking for a fulltime Escrow Officer who will be responsible for planning and preparing for real estate closings. They prepare sales transaction documents and review them for errors.
As an Escrow Officer you will ensure buyers have enough equity to meet their financial obligations, including closing costs and loan payoffs. Once the buyer and seller have met their conditions, the Escrow Officer assists with the property transfer, completing the transaction. Other duties will include:
- Sending completed loan documents to mortgage companies
- Scheduling real estate closings
- Performing title searches
- Obtaining signatures on important documents
- Procuring assumption and payoff statements
- Ensuring escrow funds have been deposited
- Preparing escrow instructions
- Verifying all purchase requirements have been met
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
