Key Responsibilities: Create a Memorable Experience: Greet and assist guests in the Concierge Lounge, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and personalized experience. Offer Exceptional Service: Provide beverages, snacks, and light meals, ensuring that guests enjoy a variety of premium offerings throughout their stay. Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, offering information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain Lounge Standards: Ensure that the Concierge Lounge is always clean, organized, and stocked with fresh supplies to enhance guest satisfaction. Guest Relations: Build rapport with guests and assist with any special requests, making their stay more enjoyable and memorable. Support VIP Guests: Provide personalized service to VIP and loyalty program members, offering additional attention to their needs. Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience in a hospitality environment (hotel experience preferred). Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a high level of organization in a busy environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in food and beverage service or as a concierge is a plus.
