Assess patients of all ages using both standardized tests and observational assessments.

Create individualized treatment strategies targeting both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver personalized speech therapy focused on various aspects including language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to devise comprehensive care plans.

Educate patients and their families to bolster progress outside therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions ensuring seamless care throughout the process.

Document all relevant patient interactions and care delivery in alignment with professional regulations and organizational standards.

Engage in continuous education and collaborative learning to stay abreast of the latest in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

An active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities catering to all age demographics with an in-depth understanding of developmental and acquired speech and language disorders.

Outstanding communication abilities with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Capability to tailor therapy approaches for various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
