Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM Compensation:

$23 - $28 hourly DOE Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate clearly and professionally. Schedule appointments, manage the daily schedule, and coordinate changes as needed. Coordinate treatment plans, follow-ups, and referrals. Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, limitations, and remaining coverage. Review treatment estimates, insurance information, and anticipated patient financial responsibilities. Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, insurance, billing, and payment options. Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, insurance information, and account notes. Communicate effectively with the clinical team to support an efficient daily workflow. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue appointments to help patients stay on track with their care. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive front office environment. Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience required

, preferably in a front office or patient coordination role. Experience with dental scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and patient billing. Working knowledge of dental terminology, insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibilities. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation habits. Confidence discussing treatment estimates, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements with patients. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing daily schedules. Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a small team.
