Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Lenexa, Kansas (Kansas City) | Full-Time | On-SiteThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through day one and beyond. This role ensures all documentation, compliance requirements, and pre-employment steps are completed accurately and on time while delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience. REMEDI8® delivers industry-leading reporting, innovative software, and tailored compliance solutions that help our customers maintain safety, efficiency, and regulatory readiness nationwide.1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, or administrative operations (preferred)Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume documentationExperience coordinating onboarding, compliance, or HR processes (preferred)Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational and follow-up skillsProfessional communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teamsExperience using HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., ADP)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationSelf-motivated, dependable, and process-drivenRegular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reachingAbility to climb ladders and work above ceiling spacesAbility to work in confined spaces and containment unitsAbility to safely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditionsMust be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirementsValid driver's license required.
