Location: University of Kansas Hospital - 4000 Cambridge St, Kansas City, KS 66160 (mostly remote but candidate must reside in Kansas City metro area to go onsite whenever needed) BR: BR before administrative fees Class/Area: Talent Acquisition Consultant Desired Start Date: ASAP Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Days - M-F 8a-4:30p (mostly remote, but candidates must reside in KC metro to go onsite whenever needed) Experience Requirements: 2+ years of recent TA/HR experience with full-cycle recruiting. Candidates will be managing job applications, recruiting & screening, supporting pre-hire compliance and onboarding activities. Workday experience is strongly preferred. Experience Preferred: Prior healthcare recruiting experience. License/ Certification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Floating Requirements: None Weekend Requirements: None On-Call Requirements: None Holiday Requirements: None, office is closed on observed holidays - unpaid days. Will the client accept new graduates? No Orientation: Ori on KU main campus every Mon & Tues. On-site for first week due to training.
