You'll provide patient-centered primary care in a 100% outpatient practice within a physician-led network. This is a direct hire, full-time position in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, where your clinical expertise shapes the health of the community and your work-life balance is protected. You'll deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient setting. Your focus will be on building lasting patient relationships, diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions, and coordinating care within a supportive team. You'll contribute to a community-focused practice where your clinical decisions are respected and your time is valued.

• Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Committed to delivering patient-centered care in a community setting
