This is a great opportunity for someone with solid law firm billing experience who wants to join a stable, collaborative team with a strong reputation and room to grow. Key Responsibilities Perform routine data processing and input for billing and collections systems Update internal systems for opening matters to ensure accurate data across systems Process transfers and edits to ensure accuracy of rates, narratives, time/expense records, and matter identification for pre-bills and invoices Process and distribute pre-bills and invoices to billing attorneys and clients Monitor invoice status, document A/R and unbilled inventory, and follow up to support timely collections Identify and help resolve billing/collections issues before they become bigger problems Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands‑on billing experience in a law firm environment, including electronic billing experience across multiple e‑billing systems Experience with insurance clients (split billing, complex billing arrangements) a plus Aderant Expert software experience REQUIRED Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people at all levels of the firm Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and follow through on open items Comfortable in a deadline‑driven environment and adaptable to client‑specific billing guidelines and platform changes Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
