Job Summary:
Technologist will operate advanced MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures for outpatients and inpatients. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE 3T Discovery 750W and Siemens Sola 1.5T MRI machines to perform scheduled imaging exams.
• Ensure all procedures are completed following facility protocols and safety guidelines.
• Verify patient identification and explain procedures to obtain cooperation and reduce anxiety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio MRI technologist license with current active certification.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent MRI technologist experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating GE and Siemens MRI equipment.
• Successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Provide one supervisor or management reference within the MRI specialty.
