Physician Psychiatry - Competitive Salary

Job Description Seeking a BC/BE General Psychiatrist for on-site services in Fargo, North Dakota. Position Highlights Full-time, W-2 employed position On-site practice only Monday-Friday schedule Shared call rotation with approximately 2 weekends per quarter Patient Population Adult and Adolescent patients Opportunities in: Inpatient Psychiatry Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Clinical Responsibilities Inpatient Setting Conduct new patient admissions and evaluations Perform follow-up visits and medication management Complete discharge planning and summaries Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings PHP/IOP Setting Provide psychiatric care for adult and/or child/adolescent patients Conduct evaluations and medication management visits See outpatient patients assigned to PMHNPs when payer requirements necessitate physician involvement Volume Average daily caseload of approximately 14-22 patients Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with current MGMA benchmarks Production bonus opportunity Medical education loan repayment assistance available (non-PSLF) Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates CME allowance and paid CME time Generous PTO package Comprehensive benefits package Paid malpractice insurance coverage Community: Living in this vibrant city offers a dynamic blend of Midwestern charm, cultural richness, and a strong sense of community.
