About the Role:

As a Diet Aide at Montcare Wheaton, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our patients receive delicious and nutritious meals that meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, including portioning, plating, and garnishing dishes

• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces

• Assist with meal delivery and patient monitoring to ensure that meals are served in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and implement special diet menus and programs

• Participate in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies

• Maintain accurate records of meal service and patient preferences

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
