Utility Project Administrator

Role: Utility Project Administrator Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay rate: $40/hr. - $48/hr. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track permits and Traffic Control Plan (TCP) applications. Monitor permit renewals and ensure compliance with government requirements. Process and audit contractor invoices for accuracy. Create and manage purchase order requisitions in Oracle Fusion. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and government agencies. Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payments. Maintain permit, invoice, and project records. Support Reliability projects, including emergency and planned maintenance activities. Requirements 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, permitting, or utility/construction support experience. Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements. Experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. IntelliPro is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
