Love Encore Delivery Specialist - Hyman Bros Subaru is looking for a full time Love Encore Delivery Specialist! If you like being the go-to tech person and have outstanding customer service skills, this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Subaru's Love Encore program.
- Assist the Sales department with customer technology questions.
- Preparing and inspecting the vehicle prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is ready to deliver to the customer.
- Assist customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings.
- Perform a detailed delivery to the consumer including a through explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and resources available to them.
- Schedule the first Service appointment.
- Perform deliveries with customers to address and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Service department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive.
- Other responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent problem solving skills
E ducation and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
