Position: Clerical Substitutes 2026-2027 (Posting Number 2627-3764) Location: District Wide Start Date: As needed Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with students, parents, and staff while maintaining professionalism and appropriate judgment. Capability to escort students in the building as needed and supervise students when in the main office. Demonstrate ethical judgment and discretion with all confidential materials and information. Proficiency in answering multi-line telephone systems and routing calls as needed. Skill in accurately logging and tracking student attendance (experience with Infinite Campus preferred). Competence in greeting visitors and managing the check-in process (experience with Aiphone and Visitor Aware preferred).
