RBT Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule Salary: $20 - $25 per hour Part Time Choose your own schedule RBT Registered Behavior Technician Benefits Free access to course to become RBT/Registered Behavior Technician Free access to CEU's Referral bonuses Paid Training RBT Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan. Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials. Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and feedback to BCBA in a timely manner. Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes. Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
