• 24.00-$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• 21.00/hour for billable client hour after BT training, before RBT certification
• 20.00/hour paid for all non‑billable during training and administrative time as a BT and $15.50 for all non‑billable during training and administrative time as an RBT

What You’ll Do Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
