Work with patients and families to reach individualized goals supervised by a BCBA. Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small‑group settings. Collect data to monitor progress of the children supported. Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals. Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the BlueSprig clinical team. Experience working in crisis situations including severe aggression, self‑injurious behavior, and property destruction. Communicate clearly and effectively—both orally and written—with clients, families, and colleagues. Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge. Role Details Availability: All day Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM Pay: $24.50 to $26.00 per hour for billable hours as an RBT; $16.00 per hour for non‑billable hours during BT training and administrative time. Additional pay: $21.50 per billable client hour after completing BT training but prior to achieving RBT certification. Background check required.
