Pay Rate: $28.85/hr (Approx. $60,000/year)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for managing receiving, shipping, inventory control, employee supervision, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, organization, and the ability to manage a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
Manage receiving, shipping, and inventory activities
Maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate deliveries and shipments
Train, supervise, and support warehouse employees
Improve warehouse efficiency and processes
Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
