What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room.
- Assist during surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare OR equipment and ensure sterile environments are maintained.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative changes.
- Follow all safety and procedural protocols aligned with hospital standards.
What You Need
Required:- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Prior OR nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience with surgical instruments and sterile procedures
