Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our skin care company located in Mesa, AZ, 85212. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that our high-quality skin care products are manufactured efficiently and meet our standards for excellence. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance team performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and supply chain, to optimize production flow.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of raw materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with skin care products and industry trends is a plus.
