Located in Mesa, AZ Salary: $26-$29/hr BOE Production Supervisor - Assembly & Packaging Mesa AZ Area Pay: $26/hr + depending on experience Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume assembly and packaging team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance while developing and holding employees accountable. Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop production employees
- Drive daily production goals and KPI performance
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and labor efficiency
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate expectations
- Manage staffing, training, and employee performance
- Partner with Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or distribution
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Experience managing KPIs and production metrics
- Ability to drive accountability and performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and production reporting
- Leads from the floor
- Builds strong teams
- Holds employees accountable
- Uses data to drive results
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
